In June, Shandong Changmiaoxin Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd. launched a company-wide reading program. All employees gathered to study The Goal, the classic management work authored by Eliyahu M. Drawing on the operational philosophies tailored to manufacturing enterprises presented in the book, the company guides frontline teams to optimize working practices and drive steady and efficient corporate development.
The reading sessions were conducted in a practical and earnest atmosphere. Employees from all production-related positions shared insights and sorted out existing problems based on daily work including equipment maintenance, process connection, production capacity assurance and team cooperation. The collective reading has further unified the mindset of all staff, helped every team member clarify core job objectives, broken down collaboration barriers between departments and posts, and substantially improved the overall execution and cohesion of the team.
